PT Foundation receives many visitation requests each week. In order to handle so many requests, PT Foundation follows a procedure to ensure that each request is handled correctly.<\/p>\n

To submit a visitation request to PT Foundation, please follow this procedure:<\/p>\n

  1. Fill out and submit the visitation application form to\u00a0ptf@ptfmalaysia.org<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. When submitting your application please include a letter of support from your organisation.<\/li>\n
  3. Submit your request preferably one month prior to when you want to visit PT Foundation. Please allow a minimum notice of two (2) weeks.<\/li>\n
  4. Your application, along with all others submitted for that month, will be coordinated by the HR Department of PT Foundation who will inform you of the outcome.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Please be aware that the review process can take up to two weeks and that PT Foundation does not always have the capacity to accept all visitation requests.<\/p>\n
